Enter the fascinating world of Retail DNA® - an up close online program that focuses on retail performance and the DNA behind key retail metrics.

Offered online in 10 lessons, with a 36-page workbook, videos, an app, templates, toolkits, and mental gym sessions to support you along the way.

How it works

Within 48 hours of purchasing Retail DNA® you will receive a login to the online learning platform we use, Intuto. You will need to sign in to Intuto using the details provided in the email to access the Retail DNA® course.

Once you have logged in to Intuto, you will have access to Retail DNA® Lesson 1. Once you’ve completed Lesson 1, you will then have access to Lesson 2, and so forth.

You will have 30 days to access and complete the full Retail DNA® course. We encourage participants to complete one lesson per day, and therefore complete the whole Retail DNA® course within a fortnight.
